Terms and conditions

All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.

No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
If your flight has any serious delays please inform us as soon as possible.

Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information

We guarantee that passengers will not share taxis except in extreme circumstances such as air traffic strikes when compensation be offered to the passenger.

Pegasus Fairways does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

If you change your return date whilst on holiday for any reason and we are unable to accommodate your new arrival date. No refunds can be given.

Tolls and amendment policy

Any bridge or motorway tolls are not included in the price. The driver may ask you for the money.

Any amendment must be made via an email or by telephone to us to which you will receive an email confirming the amendment. Amendments must not be made with your driver.

Cancellation policy

Pegasus Fairways Travel will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 10 days’ notice however there will be £10.00 cancellation charge if within 10 days. The cancellation must be made via an email or phone to which you will receive confirmation by us.

If you do not receive an email from Pegasus Fairways Travel confirming the cancellation please call our 24hr number which is 01253 346 609. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.

No refund is made for cancellation of a booking on the day of travel or afterwards.

All other circumstances where a refund may be possible please ring the office to discuss terms.

Reservations made for service on the following timings and dates will be subject to an additional 50% surcharge on the current rate: 18:00 24th December to 23:59 26th December, 18:00 31st December to 23:59 1st January, other days may also be affected
